Q:  What payment methods do you accept?
A:  Payment through the shopping cart is via Paypal which includes credit and debit cards.  Payment can be made via personal cheque, but please be aware your item will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared.  Please email for further details.

Q:  What is your Returns Policy?
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please email upon receipt and you may then return the item within 7 days, in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Upon receipt a refund will be issued or if you prefer, an exchange can be made.  This does not include p&p.  Earrings unfortunately, cannnot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.  It is recommended that returns are made using Special Delivery as SilverLeaf101 will not incur any liability or issue refunds for items lost in the post on items returned.

Q:  What are your Delivery Charges?
Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland address (excluding P.O. Boxes as the package will need a signature) and will be via Recorded Delivery.  If you require Special Delivery, which is insured and delivered Next Day, please enquire for prices.

Q:  How are the items giftwrapped?
A:  Watches come in a black velvet presentation box, bangles, pendants and necklaces come giftwrapped in tissue in a silk brocade bag - perfect to present as a gift or to keep for yourself!  Rings and earrings are giftwrapped in tissue within a decorative pillow box.



Intense Titanium for Men is giftwrapped in a royal blue satin lined, black velvet pouch.

 

Q:  How do I find my ring size?

A:  Click on the link for the ring conversion chart.  If you don't already know your ring size, using a soft tape measure, wrap the tape around the finger, keeping it to the firmness that you like to wear your ring, allowing for a little movement and read the measurement in millimetres.

Q:  What happens if my watch develops a fault?

A:  All watches come with a 12 month guarantee which means that should there be a probem due to a defect  in workmanship or materials, then the watch must be returned and a replacement will be sent.  This does not apply to wear and tear, accidental damage or replacement batteries.

Q:  I have a special request?

A: If you have any questions or a special request - perhaps a different size in a ring, bangle, bracelet or watch, please make contact either through the contact page on this website or to silverleaf101@aol.com and we will endeavour to answer within 24 hours.
